Daily Cleaning
- Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth
- Avoid abrasive cloths, scrubbing pads, or rough brushes on painted areas
- Wipe in the direction of any carved detailing to avoid catching fine edges
What to Avoid
- Household chemical cleaners, bleach, or vinegar-based solutions — these can dull marble and strip hand-painted color
- Excess water or soaking, which can seep into fine carved details
- Direct, prolonged sunlight, which may fade painted pigments over time
Placement Tips
- Place on a stable, level surface to avoid tipping, especially for taller or top-heavy designs
- Keep away from high-humidity areas such as unventilated bathrooms
- If used with oil lamps or incense, keep flame sources a safe distance away and clean any soot residue promptly with a dry cloth
Occasional Deep Clean
For a light periodic clean, use a barely damp soft cloth on plain marble areas only, then dry immediately. Avoid this on hand-painted or gold-detailed areas — dust these with a dry cloth only.
